LSAT (La, Sr) (Al, Ta) O3 is a relatively mature unluan crystal perovskite crystal, well matched with high temperature superconductors and a variety of oxide materials. In a large amount of practical research and use, it is expected to replace lanthanum aluminate (LaAlO3) and strontium titanate (SrTiO3) for giant magneto ferroelectric and superconducting devices.
